Personal Intelligences

Personal intelligences are a major part of everyone’s overall intelligence. They have been identified and measured by almost all models of intelligence in the same way as mathematical abilities, language abilities, deductive abilities, etc. They play an important role when making transitions.

We used SyCon most successfully at BP Finance International to help mould a more effective top team of management.
