Intrapersonal intelligence

Intrapersonal intelligence is an individual’s ability to understand their own internal process, thoughts, and abilities. In order to learn and develop in one’s career and life one needs intrapersonal intelligence to compare, change and adapt from previous behaviour to new situations. Intrapersonal intelligence is particularly important during earlier career transitions when one is still discovering oneself, and ones’ strengths and weakness, potential and challenges.
