Cognitive Flexibility

A cognitively flexible individual has the ability to break out of old habits, adapt their thinking to new situations and respond with fresh mind and eyes. Cognitive flexibility enables one to change the way that you think so as to respond appropriately to the situation in which you find yourself. When circumstances change due to transitions, cognitive flexibility helps you find the right response to your new situation.

John and Chris are very skilled at what they do, really care about the people they are helping, and really make a difference. Use them!!
